Program Name: Trademark Carriage Services Dispatch Notifications
Program Description: Trademark Carriage Services sends operational SMS messages to employed staff members for the purpose of dispatching work assignments, communicating service details, and coordinating funeral transportation logistics. This program is limited to employees of Trademark Carriage Services who have provided consent during employment onboarding.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on work assignments and service volume, typically 1 to 5 messages per day during active service periods. Messages may be sent outside standard business hours for time-sensitive dispatches.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS messaging apply based on your mobile service provider and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your specific plan.
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number during employment onboarding and signing the SMS Consent Agreement, you agree to receive dispatch and operational messages from Trademark Carriage Services. Opting Out and Getting Help
Text STOP to Opt Out
To stop receiving dispatch SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message from our number. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further messages unless you re-subscribe by texting START.

Service Terms and Limitations
Our funeral transportation and staffing services are provided on an as-is basis. Trademark Carriage Services strives to deliver professional and timely service, but shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
