Trademark Carriage Services ("we," "us," or "our") collects personal information necessary to fulfill service requests and maintain operational efficiency. This includes:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Service request details: funeral home affiliation, decedent information, scheduling preferences
  • Employee information: name, mobile phone number, and role for operational dispatch purposes

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Complete funeral transportation and staffing services
  • Coordinate dispatch and scheduling
  • Communicate with customers about their service requests via email
  • Send operational dispatch SMS notifications to employees (see SMS Communications below)

SMS Communications

Trademark Carriage Services uses SMS messaging to send operational dispatch notifications to our employees. Employee mobile phone numbers are collected during employment onboarding and are used solely for work assignment notifications.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are not shared with any third party except our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering dispatch messages.
